Questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Sign up with your email and you get 30 days of everything. You choose a plan only if you want to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pick a plan, your team goes read-only: everyone can still see the schedule and their calendar feeds, but nothing can be changed until the owner subscribes. Nothing is deleted.
Does my crew need to install anything?
No. CallTime runs in any browser on a phone or computer. On a phone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Who counts toward the 15 people on Small?
Everyone with a sign-in, including the owner and managers. People you only list on the crew (a freelancer, say) don't count until they make an account. Pro has no limit.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time, from the app. Moving to Small never removes anything you already have; you just can't add past its limits.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The team's owner can download everything (events, gear, crew, hours, venues, layouts, and every uploaded file) as one zip at any time, even after a trial or subscription ends. Schedules and hours also export to CSV.
